On May 9th from 11am–3pm, we’ll be welcoming On-Air Fashion Expert Tania Tonello into the Leah Yard Designs studio for an intimate Colour Analysis and jewellery Pop-Up.

What is Colour Analysis?

Colour analysis is a personalized process that helps determine which colours, and even which metal tones like gold or silver, naturally complement your skin tone, hair, and features.

Through this process, you’ll discover the tones that:

• brighten your complexion
• enhance your natural features
• make getting dressed feel more effortless

It’s not about trends — it’s about understanding what works uniquely for you, and building a palette you can return to again and again.

About Tania Tonello

Tania Tonello is a Toronto-based stylist, personal shopper, and image consultant specializing in colour analysis, closet edits, and personal shopping.

She is a regular Fashion Expert on Breakfast Television and has previously appeared on Cityline, where she shares practical, approachable insights on personal style and self-expression.

With a background in luxury retail at Holt Renfrew, along with experience across brands including Banana Republic, lululemon, and Rent Frock Repeat, Tania brings a well-rounded and hands-on understanding of the fashion industry.

Her approach is both thoughtful and empowering — helping clients understand what works for them and how to express their individuality with confidence. Through colour analysis and styling, she creates clarity and ease in the way people get dressed, making personal style feel more intuitive and aligned.

Tania will be offering full colour analysis appointments, where she’ll guide you through your personal palette and how to apply it to your wardrobe and everyday styling.

Alongside the colour analysis experience, we’ll be hosting a special jewellery pop-up, featuring a curated selection of pieces in both gold and silver so you can explore which metal tones suit you best. Leah will be there to answer any jewellery styling questions and help you find your perfect layers!

The event is on Saturday, May 9th, 11am - 3pm at the Leah Yard Designs Studio 161 Keefer Street Unit 201 (right above Bao Bei restaurant)

Do I need to RSVP?

No, the event is open to anyone who would like to join. However, there are only 4 available spots to book one on one with Tania for a full colour analysis session (1 hour session) If you're not booking a session we invite you to come by, explore the space, and enjoy the event!

What happens during a Colour Analysis Session?

Tania will guide you through a personalized process to determine which colours best complement your natural features. You’ll leave with a better understanding of your ideal palette and how to apply it to your wardrobe and accessories.

What if the sessions are fully booked?

You’re still invited to attend! You can observe the process, ask questions, and explore the jewellery pop-up while enjoying the studio atmosphere.
