HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We are currently offering free shipping within Canada, and for orders over $150 CAD to the United States. Our shop is set up to calculate the shipping depending on your location. Once you have an item in your cart, you may proceed to the check-out where your shipping options are calculated.
CAN I PLACE MY ORDER WITHOUT TRACKING?
Every order is tracked. Our packages are small and valuable! Every item we send out is filled with love and care, which is why we track it's journey. It is important to us that your jewellery arrives safely to it's new home!
ONCE I'VE PLACED MY ORDER, HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY JEWELLERY?
Each piece of jewellery is handmade to order. Your piece is meticulously handmade within 1-3 business days and then shipped via Canada Post.
Standard/Basic Tracked Shipping:
Canada- 5-10 Business Days
USA- 7-10 Business Days
Other International- 2-4 Weeks
Canada- 1-4 Business Days
USA- 3-5 Business Days
Other International- 4-12 Business Days
*The above delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on border delays. We are also excited for you to get your package! We do our absolute best to provide clear and appropriate shipping labels and/or documentation to ensure orders arrive as quickly as possible!
I LIVE IN VANCOUVER, CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes, I love meeting customers! We offer a "Vancouver-Pick Up" option at checkout for local customers. Once your order is complete we will contact you to arrange a studio pick-up time.
I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, WILL I HAVE TO PAY BORDER FEES OR CUSTOMS?
Any time an item passes over an international border it may be taken for extra processing which may result in fees. Unfortunately this is part of international shipping and is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer.
WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN MY JEWELLERY?
Our worst fear is a piece of unloved jewellery abandoned in a dark jewellery box! If you are not happy with your purchase please email us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) at email@example.com
Unworn items (excluding sale and custom orders) may be returned/exchanged within 10 business days of the purchase date (Please note this means item(s) must be in the mail within this time).
Full refunds are offered minus the original shipping for jewellery that is returned in its original condition and packaging. Though insurance and tracking is recommended when mailing the item(s) back, this is the buyer's choice as the return shipping costs will be their responsibility.
We do our best to describe each item in detail through the product description and photos. If you are ever unsure about a detail, please let us know! We love what we do and we are more than happy to send additional photos or answer any questions about our work to that you can buy with confidence!
