HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We are currently offering free shipping to Canada and the United States for orders over $200 CAD. Shipping upgrades are available. Our shop is set up to calculate the shipping depending on your location. Once you have an item in your cart, you may proceed to the check-out where rates are calculated.

CAN I PLACE MY ORDER WITHOUT TRACKING?
Every order is tracked. Our packages are small and valuable! Every item we send out is filled with love and care, which is why we track its journey. It is important to us that your jewellery arrives safely to its new home.

ONCE I'VE PLACED MY ORDER, HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY JEWELLERY?
Many of our items are made to order. Orders ship within 3-5 business days via Canada Post. Please note: while we're exhibiting at events our turnaround times may be delayed. If you have any questions about your order please email us at: leah@leahyarddesigns.com

Standard/Basic Tracked Shipping:
Canada- 7-10 Business Days
USA- 10-14 Business Days 
Other International- 2-4 Weeks

Xpresspost:
Canada- 1-4 Business Days
USA- 3-5 Business Days
Other International- 4-12 Business Days

The above delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on border delays. We are also excited for you to get your package! We do our absolute best to provide clear and appropriate shipping labels and/or documentation to ensure orders arrive as quickly as possible.

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, WILL I HAVE TO PAY BORDER FEES OR CUSTOMS?

Any time an item passes over an international border it can be taken for extra processing which may result in fees. Unfortunately this is part of international shipping and is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer.


WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Please note: all sale items (including sample sale pieces and items sold with a discount code applied) are FINAL SALE.

Regular items (excluding all sale and custom orders) may be returned/exchanged within 14 business days of the delivery date. If you would like to exchange/refund your item(s) please email leah@leahyarddesigns.com with your order number.

Full refunds are offered minus the original shipping (where applicable) for jewellery that is returned in its original condition and packaging. Though insurance and tracking is recommended when mailing the item(s) back, this is the buyer's choice as the return shipping costs (including any border fees incurred) will be their responsibility.

We do our best to describe each item in detail through the product description and photos. If you are ever unsure about a detail, please let us know! We love what we do and we are more than happy to send additional photos or answer any questions so that you can buy with confidence.
